Access Control

One of the attractions and benefits of the Deerwood community is that it is a gated community. While there are many benefits to a gated community, security is a key feature that results in a quiet and safe community.
 
Access Control Officers are employed by First Coast Security and under contract with Deerwood Improvement Association (DIA). First Coast Security / Access Control Officers operate under rules established by the Deerwood Improvement Association, Deerwood Covenants and Restrictions and the Florida Law.
 
Their primary responsibility is to provide controlled entry to The Deerwood Community.  Guests must be pre-authorized or they could be denied access.
 
Residents - ALL guests must be entered in your new MyEnvera account. You can ONLY add guests in three ways (1) the MyEnvera.com website (2) the MyEnvera App or (3) by calling Envera Customer Service.
